This recipe was based on the recipe in the fantastic The Mad Fermentationist website. For some reason I went with a small 1 gallon batch. It was great, though not as good as the Lakefront IPA I brewed before.
I'm not sure about the hop additions shown in the recipe I recorded. The original recipe called for basically the same times, plus some dry hops. Since I do no-chill, I usually adjust the times down, but I can't remember if I did so in this recipe, nor do I remember if I dry hopped the batch. It goes without saying that you should keep note of your recipes and processes if you ever hope to repeat the same batch more than once.
